From I-35 northbound exit FM 971/Granger/Sun City. Turn rt. go 100ft to Austin Ave. Turn left, go 1/4 mi. to FM 971. Turn rt, go approximately 4 mi. to 4020 FM 971. As you cross Berry Creek bridge slow down into rt.curve, looking on right for two black and one white mailbox, and large grain tank with Redbird Farm sign and large black gate. If coming from the south on Tollway 130, exit at 971 and turn rt. Go two miles to Redbird Farm - see details above.
